Please allow up to 70 minutes for your first appointment. During our initial consultation I will need to make a note of your medical history, and ask you about your diet and lifestyle. We will have time to discuss any immediate concerns you may have, and also look in depth at any underlying conditions.
Shiatsu works best, like most other health interventions, when it’s part of a series of meetings so we can fine-tune your treatments. Your flow of Ki should improve and you can expect to feel different after one session, however regular sessions will help consolidate and build on each other: I aim not just to relieve acute symptoms but to increase your core vitality and general sense of well being.
You’re not obliged to have more than one session, but I offer reductions for block bookings.
Subsequent sessions take one hour.
Cost
1 hour session £50.00
Concessions £30.00
Home visits from £80
I work in Notting Hill, W11.
The nearest tubes are Ladbroke Grove, Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill Gate.
Buses 7 and 70 have stops very close to me. Buses 27, 28 and 31 have stops within 10 minutes of my practice.
Parking is restricted although there are some pay and display bays if you don't have an RBKC parking permit.
Sadly, there's no disabled access as my rooms are on the third floor without a lift.
